Move-in Checklist

A family will only take residence in a Little Rock Family Housing home that has been thoroughly maintained, rigorously inspected and approved by both a member of the management staff and Maintenance Supervisor. In addition, the military member will have the final decision on whether or not to accept his selected home. A member of the management staff will escort every military family to their new home for an orientation. Along with the staff member, military families will also conduct a move-in inspection that will note the general condition of the home and its assets. The purpose of this inspection is twofold; first to produce a record of the pre-existing condition and to point out the features of the home, and second, if need be, to provide instruction for use of the home's equipment.
