COME ONE, COME ALL, TO THE OPEN AND BRAND NEW TOWN HALL!
All residents are welcome to visit the newly constructed Town Hall Building located at 101 Arkansas Blvd, just south of the Harris gate.
The Town Hall is open to all residents of LRFH. Children younger than age 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. The Town Hall features fun outdoor areas—a playground, swimming pool, sprayground, sand volleyball court, and basketball court.
The Town Hall offers the following facilities:
- Media Room – features a 55”DLP big screen TV - great for watching movies and sporting events
- Great Room – wonderful for hosting private parties
- Kitchen – included with the Great Room for private party sessions
- Conference Room – great for meetings, scrapbooking, and other private activities
- Computer Lab – all users younger than age 12 must be accompanied by an adult and have a signed permission slip, users 12-17 years must have a signed permission slip by a parent or guardian, users over 18 years will need to sign a policy form.
- Fitness Center/Playroom – This room is open to all residents 16 yrs and older. It features state-of-the art exercise equipment and a playroom featuring a glass wall to provide easy viewing/monitoring of children while exercising.
The Town Hall hosts a family-friendly atmosphere and has already hosted a retirement ceremony, a dinner party, and multiple birthday parties. Two guests per resident may visit the Town Hall. Areas of the Town Hall can be reserved for private parties for only $25. Information on swimming pool policies and procedures will be provided in the upcoming months.
