Children Room

The bedroom is the place of the house where we spend the most time: almost a third of our lives are spent sleeping and even more for a baby! Everything should be tops in the room: the storage space, bedding, furniture, painting … and besides, he must find his own style for your wellbeing…

In addition, we sometimes spend time on the bed to read or watch a movie. Decoration of the room must be adapted to the intensive use. The room must be primarily a place of relaxation, to promote sleep. It must be consistent with the purpose of resting space. Therefore we must choose a decoration and a soft non-aggressive paint, whatever the style: natural colors or pastels, rounded or very clean … in harmony with the bathroom decoration. Bedding is also essential, since the bed is used for sleeping but also to rest or watch TV.

For a room inspires the rest, its development must provide adequate storage space for nothing drags. But it is finding the right balance so as not to overload the space with too much furniture. Among the furniture, the dresser is a central object (see decorate a dresser in stencil). Fabrics play a major role in the decoration of the room: curtains for privacy, carpet for softness underfoot, and of course bedding. All this must be coordinated in order to rest the eye and does not offer too many different patterns and colors (note the painting).

The bed and bedding are the central elements of the room. I think it’s something that should be selected first, the rest coming match around. They also influence the pleasure we pass into the room. Poor bedding and bedroom become a much less pleasant piece. The styles are varied, all tastes are available. It is important not to neglect the comfort of pillows; duvet … does not hesitate to add one or two pillows or a blanket that will be very soft comfortable elements during reading breaks. Equally important is the light.

The quality of furniture is crucial. We pass on the bed and quality bedding although they are essential for children. The shelves should be wide and large capacity in order to have the best things close at hand. Everything must be simple to use (drawers, lights …), because it pays less attention to furniture and decorative objects which we are familiar site and forgetfulness is soon here: jamming fingers in a sliding door closet, getting up is not very nice…

Daylight is essential for your children thrive, but must also include small sources of indirect light in order to facilitate accurate relaxation. And most of all remember a reading lamp. In short: the decoration of a room must be thinking even more than other parts. Harmony is essential as well as comfort. These are two elements to emphasize. To boost the brightness, light-colored paint is required or light paper. A dark room can quickly give the blues.
