LAND OCCUPATION LAND OCCUPATIONReferred to the occupation of land is land preparation work prior to implementation of development. There are three types of soil in preparation for construction work, namely overburden work, sand disposal jobs, and jobs or the disposal of land. This is very good to do before making a house

1. Land Mine Work
Job creation is the work of excavation pit excavation for the foundation. Work is adapted premises excavation of foundation types that will be created. When will be the foundation of the stone foundation excavations carried on throughout the building plan? When will be the foundation footprint or foundation pitting the excavation of foundation only on corners of buildings or on a pedestal which is where the installation of the column.

When the pile foundation will be created or borpile / strous the overburden work need not be implemented because the foundation will direct drilled into the ground. For the foundation footprint or lanes of concrete, foundation excavation same size with a large footprint. However, for the foundation stone upon it more so, on the size of excavation at the right length 10 cm and 10 cm on the left (when vacant). Excavation has preferred aim is to provide a space (space) for the workers to work freely. For example, the size of the cut stone foundation 80 cm in the upper width is 100 cm.

2. Sand Urugan Jobs
Before the foundation work done, needs to be done along the embankment of sand sowing furrows. This is done for precluding the contamination of mortar-mortar and clay. Minimum thickness of sand size of about 5 cm, for this type of concrete foundation plan or concrete foundation columns, other than sand sown, also need to be made the working floor of mortar 1 cement: 2 sand: 5 coral premises thickness of 5 cm each, The ability of workers to strew sand embankment as much as 5 m3 of sand per day per person.

3. Jobs urugan or ground leveling
Jobs urugan or ground leveling is done at the time after the foundation work has been completed. This work is the disposal of land re-excavation of foundation in the foundation so it does not appear again the foundation of the former quarry. While the rest of the excavation is used to flatten the inside of the building.
To work aimed urugan as floor elevation, the soil is highly dependent on the needs of high peil / floor elevation. Usually the former soil excavation of the remaining 2 / 3 volume of soil excavation are used when the foundation stone masonry foundation times. If the foundation is concrete foundation footprint then the remaining excavation of foundation soil is only about one third of the total volume of soil excavation. Thus the need for urugan ground floor elevation (ground zero) is multiplied by the remaining area of tall buildings to zero net residual quarry floor foundation. For this type of pile foundation or strous no reduction in residual land because there was no excavation of land. The ability of workers for disposal of this land can reach 5 m3 perĀ  day per person
